Welcome to Magic City Partners. These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses this site. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

Magic City Partners is a brand of Evoltra Solutions LLC and is the business-facing side of the Magic City Weekly directory family. This site is informational: it describes our free directories of state-licensed professionals and links to them. It is not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find in a directory.

2. Our directories

Listings, claims, reviews, and image submissions happen on the individual directory sites, each governed by its own Terms of Use. The License Verified badge shown in a directory means that license information in a listing matched official state records on the date shown in the listing. It is not a guarantee of quality, pricing, or results, and it is never sold or granted on request.

3. Owner-submitted images

If you submit an image for a listing you manage on one of our directories, the following applies:

• You confirm that you own the image or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the image on the listing, on directory pages that feature the listing, and in previews generated when the listing is shared, for as long as the image remains on the listing.
• We review every submitted image before it appears. We may reject or remove an image at any time, for example for quality, accuracy, or rights concerns.
• You may ask us to remove an image from your listing at any time using the contact address below.

4. Disputed images or content

If you believe an image or other content on one of our sites infringes your rights or is otherwise improper, contact us at hello@magiccitypartners.com with a link to the listing and a short description of the issue. We review these reports and act promptly, including removing content while a dispute is open when that is the reasonable course.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes not scraping or bulk-copying data, not submitting false or misleading information, not impersonating a business or another person, and not attempting to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep our directories current, but public records and business details change. Information may be incomplete or out of date. Use it as a starting point, not as a substitute for your own confirmation, and always confirm a license directly with the official state source before hiring anyone.

7. Third-party websites

Our sites link to business websites and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Intellectual property

The design and text written by us, and the organization of our directories, are owned by the site operator. Business names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information found here, for the acts or omissions of any listed business, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
